we all have our own personal targets.... and i think its a danger to start looking at others accomplishments and beating ourselves with a nightstick cause we didnt reach the same levels...

August last year saw me tailspin into a really bad break up with the missus (20 plus years marriage) , that i can say caused me a bit of stress.....

She walked out and as the major earner ,t he finances went with it ...lol

I started what i now called subsistence living and started drinking water when i was hungry and when i ate ,it was fruit and backed that up with glasses of ice cold water.....(Mc Ds trick to make you feel full)... :?

We moved to a new house to try to get things back on track , but financial pressures and a shi**y landlord caused me to leave and i went out on the street to live in the coldest periods of the year.....
:x
From August to the xmas period i lost 4 and a half stone..... nearly 18 stone and half stone to 14

I went from a 44 inch jeans and I am now currently in a 32n inch......

strangely enough i was never struck down with flu like symptoms and never suffered any physical problems the whole time i was "in training" .....lol

Now repatriated in north wales and back in our relationship , i find that the crux of the fitness thing is ,we have , through social conditioning learned to accept certain ways to live.I know i did.....

When i visited my home town people didnt recognise me...its been great.

The bottom line is weve coccooned ourselves and i think as long as that "warm duvet " of social conditioning is there , its helluva hard choice to get up and change ourselves....

A BIG UP to everybody that gives it there all for there own individual life changes...it takes a lot to put that hand over that alarm clock to shut it up and put on them trainers.....

I know ..i tried it hundreds of times over the years.....the bottom line is if you put in less than what you require then yer body will become auto cannabalistic to fuel itself.....hence burn fat reserves.....

Im starting a new diet regime now and dvd called "The Divorce Diet" !!!....LOL

H(ave Fun)

eta ill trry to upload pics......
